An internship followed at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, succeeded by a residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. Dr. Moein then completed fellowships at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in New York.

He is particularly renowned as a specialist in skin rejuvenation techniques, including the use of chemical peels, dermal injections, and laser skin resurfacing.
