What to Expect from a Virtual Consultation
The process of scheduling and completing a virtual consultation is seamless and secure. Just like our in-person appointments, virtual consultations are personalized and informative, allowing you to share your goals and get expert insight directly from Dr. Babak Moeinolmolki.

Submitting Medical Forms & Photos
Once scheduled, you鈥檒l receive a secure link to register with our practice and fill out the necessary patient forms. You鈥檒l also be asked to upload photos of the area(s) you鈥檙e interested in addressing. These images help Dr. Moein provide accurate recommendations during your consultation. Instructions for taking and submitting your photos will be included.
Technology Requirements
Consultations are conducted via Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, or FaceTime and etc. 鈥攚hichever platform is most convenient for you. A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone is required.
Your Virtual Appointment
During your video consultation, Dr. Moein will review your goals, medical history, and photos to offer personalized recommendations. This is your opportunity to ask questions, discuss treatment options, and get clarity on next steps鈥攁ll in real time. Most virtual consultations last approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
After the Consultation
Our surgical coordinator will follow up to provide a customized treatment plan, including procedure details, recovery timelines, and a cost estimate. Should you choose to move forward, we can assist with scheduling your surgery and any necessary pre-operative steps.
